How long does my order take to ship?

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. We offer flat rate shipping for $7 Australia-wide. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please note: production time is in addition to delivery time.

What is your return policy? 

We want you to be happy with your product.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Sale items and custom products are final sale and cannot be returned.

To return an item, it must be shipped to our HQ in Melbourne, and be unused, in original condition, with proof of purchase provided. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

If your item is faulty, please email us at admin@angelikacollection.com with photo or video proof for a refund or replacement.

If approved, you will receive a refund for the original cost of the product and standard shipping costs (please note that the cost of the return shipping won’t be refunded)
